You deserve to love what you do.

Made for More Coaching helps accomplished professionals figure out what’s no longer working, explore what could come next, and build a financially responsible path toward more meaningful work.

Together, we turn the questions you’ve been circling into a clear direction you can act on.

Let’s make work worth it.

You can be grateful for your career and still know something needs to change.

Maybe the work that once challenged you now drains you. Maybe you’re good at what you do, but you’re tired of being good at something you don’t want to keep doing.

You don’t have to figure out the whole future before you begin. We’ll get clear on what you need now, identify the value you bring, and test possible paths against your real life and financial priorities. You can move forward thoughtfully, one informed step at a time.

Even though we haven’t worked together yet, I bet I know a few things about you…

You’ve worked hard to get where you are, but something feels off.

You’re capable, experienced, and successful on paper. Still, you’re wondering whether your work—or the way you’re being asked to lead—reflects what matters to you.

Work is taking more from you than you want to give.

The demands, expectations, and constant pressure leave you drained, with less energy for your relationships, your health, and the rest of your life.

You want to feel more like yourself at work.

You have valuable skills and more to contribute. You want to use them in ways that feel meaningful, whether that means changing careers, growing into a new role, or leading differently where you are.

You’re ready for something to change, but you want to be thoughtful about it.

You’ve built a career, an income, and a reputation. You want a clear path forward that takes those realities seriously while making room for what you want from your work and your life now.

Let’s turn “something needs to change” into a plan.

→ Less circling. More direction. Figure out what needs to change—and whether that means reshaping your role, finding a new one, or changing careers.

→ Know your value. Say it like you mean it. Get clear on what you bring to the table, so you can stop downplaying it.

→ Be good at something you actually want to do. Put your strengths to work on challenges you care about, with people you want to work with.

→ Have something left when you close your laptop. Energy for your relationships, your health, and the parts of you that don’t have a job title.

→ Make work worth it. Meaningful work. Money that supports your life. Success you get to define.

Hi! I’m Rachel Spekman

Wanting more from work is worth taking seriously.

I’ve been an educator, a nonprofit manager, and a startup leader. Then I changed careers to become a therapist and career alignment coach. I know how big “What comes next?” can feel when you have bills to pay and a career you’ve worked hard to build.

I work with professionals across industries. You don’t need to be in a particular field—or want to leave yours—to work with me. We’ll explore your strengths, what matters to you, and the realities of your work to figure out what a better fit could look like.

I bring both a practical business perspective and an understanding of the self-doubt, expectations, and identity questions that can make change hard. Together, we’ll take your desire for something different seriously—and figure out what to do with it.

“After months of trying to figure out my next move, I left with a real 30-day plan. I’m testing creative projects I previously felt paralyzed to begin—and feel motivated and hopeful.”

—Louide, Career Coaching Client
